If u want to, you can apply for H1 extension as ur labor is more than year old. You will get one year h1-b extension, as ur I-140 is not approved yet. With approved I-140 u would get 3 year extension

I would like to think that there are lots of members who are interested in participating in campaigns like this. AC21 is applicable only if I-485 is pending, once I-485 approved you don't have to tell any one.
Friends, I would like to know if I change job after I-140 & I-485 approval, do I still need to notify USCIS about AC-21. Also, will it require my new employer to provide a letter of job duties to confirm that the new job is either same or similar to the old one.

These type of memorandum every officer will know immidiately. Remember earlier many people posted in this forum when they called for Infopass appointment officer wasn't aware of any such ruling that he needs to approve I-485 if FBI Namecheck pending more than 180 days.

Last year it went to california center because of the large no. of applications due to july visa bulletin. You should file to Texas service center because you are in NJ (please read the instructions to verify).

My Job Title Matches my Labor Certification Title It was Software Enggineer Now it is Senior Software Engineering, But As I am in IT my old labor certification says about some old Oracle Technology but new job is J2EE and Also my Labor Certification talks about Financial Business Area but New Job is HealthCare Sector.Common thing are Both Says Design and Development of Software application.. Is it OK ?
You do not have to inform USCIS about your move. If you want to inform them anyway, then do it yourself unless there are complications in your case and save yourself some money. It is just a letter and it can be in any format you want.
As for the Job match - the titles do not have to match, the technologies do not have to match; but your roles and responsbilities should be similar. The closer the match, the safer because though USCIS may be lienient today in their interpretation of "same or similar", it is subject to change anytime.
There is the strong possiblity that some people will move on to manager roles from technical roles and yet try to claim AC21 which can push USCIS to tighten the screws. It is better to be catious than regret later.

USCIS online processing for EAD and AP is delayed by 2 to 3 months compared to paper filing. Online filing was to make it transparent, expedite the process. It is working exactly opposite.

I had a somewhat similar issue where my parent's I-94s had wrong names on them (Both had same names printed on them). My colleague at work told me that he got name spelling fixed for her mom by going back to the same airport. First I did not believe him, but when I tried it worked. By the way in my case I went back after 2 weeks and POE was IAD.
It looks like you can get minor errors on your I-94 fixed at the POE itself.

I didnt detect the oversight till yesterday. What my current status and what actions should I take to rectify the error.
I am still working for my employer that sponsored the H1B which is valid till Feb 2009, although the stamp on the passport was valid only till Feb 2008

I suggest that you put things in black and white.
Write to the former employer to let him know that you have been calling him reg the dues. Give him a time frame and let him know that you will consider going to DOL if things are not sorted out.
Pls be polite with your wordings as this may help resolve the issue itself.

Well we had Hindu marriage in May. We have our marriage card, pictures, witnesses etc. So I was under the impression that I would be able to get certificate from registrar. Here is info I got
